Scientists at the Stefansson Arctic Institute – Prof. Joan Nymand Larsen and Dr Jón Haukur Ingimundarson - participated in the first general assembly and kick-off meeting of SustainMe (Sustainable Human Use of the Arctic Marine Environment) which was held at the Danish Meterological Institute, DMI, on June 17-18.

Scientists and stakeholders working together in the Arctic ICEBERG project

Marco Lonero, a Master´s degree student from Italy, has been staying at the Institute since late February working on the ICEBERG project. His stay is coming to an end in June.
