Exhibition launch on Wednesday September 16
The Ilulissat Icefjord Center, Nordregio, Places.nu, Stefansson Arctic Institute, NAPA - The Nordic Institute in Greenland and the Nordic Council of Ministers invite you to the launch of the Mapping Memories Exhibition on September 16th, at the Icefjord Center in Ilulissat.
At the exhibition, the partners of the Mapping Memories project invite visitors to explore the human dimensions of climate change through personal stories, local knowledge, and memories connected to landscapes affected by permafrost thaw. The exhibition highlights the cultural consequences of environmental change in some of the world's most remote regions, told by those who experience these transformations firsthand.
If you are in Ilulissat, we invite you to join us at the Icefjord Center on September 16th. The event is open to all and no registration is required.
