Arctic Institutes Fair September 26
The University of Akureyri and the Stefansson Arctic Institute invite you to the Arctic Institutes Fair on Friday, September 26, from 10:00 to 12:00.
The University of Akureyri hosts a variety of key Arctic institutes on its campus, which has developed into a dynamic center for Arctic monitoring, assessment, research, and policy initiatives. This event provides an opportunity to learn about these various Arctic institutes through short presentations, followed by visits to booths for further discussions.
The participating institutions are:
Stefansson Arctic Institute
Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna (CAFF)
Protection of the Arctic Marine Environment (PAME)
International Arctic Science Committee (IASC)
Icelandic Arctic Cooperation Network (IACN)
Icelandic Tourism Research Centre
